Former Nykaa CHRO Nirav Jagad joins SUGAR Cosmetics as the new CPO

Nirav Jagad has been appointed Chief People Officer (CPO) of luxury cosmetics company SUGAR Cosmetics, where he will be in charge of all personnel and culture-related projects. In this position, Nirav will closely collaborate with the organization’s leadership and its broad cross-functional team across India to achieve strategic and transformative achievements. This would involve developing a culture with a tech-driven employee experience and talent value proposition, as well as general people operations along with employee well-being. 

Nirav was a member of the leadership team that guided Nykaa through two years of rapid growth prior to joining SUGAR Cosmetics. Nirav has experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, e-commerce, consulting, and infrastructure. He has worked for companies including Randstad, Cerebrus Consultants, IL&FS, and Nykaa. He has also served as a scaling advisor for early-stage firms.
