Fashion Supply Chain Start-up Fashinza Raises $30M to Expand Operations in Europe, West Asia and the US


Fashinza, a startup that aids fashion supply chains, has secured $30 million in funding from Liquidity Group and Mars Growth Capital. The B2B firm has announced that it plans to use the funds to expand its business operations in Europe, West Asia, and the United States. Fashinza’s platform connects small and medium-sized enterprises with fashion brands globally.

Navas Ebin, who serves as the managing director of APAC for Mars Growth Capital and Liquidity Group, stated that Fashinza is revolutionizing the fashion supply chain globally. He expressed confidence in the startup’s ability to expand and maintain its business in the medium to long term due to its performance, robust founding team, and existing network of manufacturers and customers worldwide. Ebin added that their capital is non-asset based, and therefore, it will assist Fashinza in growing their international business in the most cost-effective manner possible.

Fashinza, established in 2020 by Abhishek Sharma, Pawan Gupta, and Jamil Ahmad, works with over 250 factories that supply to 200 brands in five nations, including India. The company’s co-founder and COO, Abhishek Sharma, expressed his enthusiasm for partnering with Liquidity Group to support Fashinza’s expansion into international markets such as the United States. He added that the collaboration will enable Fashinza to introduce its innovative manufacturing solutions to a global audience.

According to Sharma, Liquidity Group’s adaptable cross-border financing solutions and comprehensive expertise in navigating international markets would help Fashinza effectively enter new markets and offer its manufacturing solutions to important clients worldwide. Nir Shmueli, an investment manager at Mars Growth Capital and Liquidity Group, commented that Fashinza is a promising pre-unicorn with global ambitions. He added that Mars Growth Capital and Liquidity Group have been supporting companies like Fashinza in their transition to becoming genuinely global businesses, and the possibility of a long-term partnership with Fashinza is exciting.
