Farhan Hazarika of Meesho joins Teachmint as the head of talent management

Teachmint, an ed-tech company, has announced the hiring of Farhan Hazarika as head of talent management to oversee personnel strategy. Hazarika, who has over 14 years of expertise in human resources in startups, ITeS, manufacturing, co-working, and e-commerce businesses, will be essential to the company’s goal of creating a highly effective workforce that will change the global education environment.

He comes from Meesho, where he was in charge of creating the hiring strategy for the firm and increasing strengths and skills across several teams. He has led teams at 91 Springboards, CoWrks, Denso Kirloskar, and other companies in the past. He will concentrate on developing cutting-edge people practices to further bolster business culture as well as talent acquisition, performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other areas of talent strategy in his new position.
