Ticket 9, an event tech startup based in Coimbatore, secures $120,000 in pre-seed funding from a diverse group of Indian and international angels. The investors include Prabhu Rangarajan, co-founder of M2P, Vijay Pravin Maharajan, CEO of bitsCrunch, Ashok Vardharajan, CTO of bitsCrunch, Mohan K, CEO of Ippopay, Jaikumar, CTO of Ippopay, Sudalai Rajkumar, head of AI and ML at Growfin, and other investors from the US, Singapore, Australia, and Bangkok.

Ticket 9, a startup operating as a comprehensive Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, offers event managers and promoters a convenient solution to create, manage, and monetize events. The recently raised funds will be utilized to improve the product, enhance the technology stack, expand the team, and facilitate market expansion, further solidifying the company’s position in the industry.

Yazhini Shanmugam and Santhos Premraj are the founders of the platform, which aims to assist event organizers in streamlining their event management processes and achieving revenue growth.
