Ed-Tech startup Offee secures Rs 5.25 crore funding, aims to transform digital exams

Ed-Tech startup Offee secures Rs 5.25 crore in funding and aspires to revolutionize digital exams. Offee’s platform is designed to simplify the management of large-scale examinations for educational institutions and government bodies. The Mumbai-based ed-tech platform received funding from JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation (JIIF) Investors, Bombay Industry Association (BIA), and Riidl.

Offee’s focus is on enhancing product development, expanding its operational footprint, and venturing into new markets with this capital infusion. The startup claims to address the educational sector’s rapid digital shift, accelerated by the pandemic, by offering a solution to digitize over 100 crore paper-based college exams in India.

Notably, Offee’s Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solution empowers students to securely take digital exams on their personal devices, even in offline mode, whether in classrooms or local examination centers. This feature is particularly significant in less-accessible taluka/panchayat areas, bridging educational disparities.

With the backing of our strategic investors, we are poised to make digital exams the norm, ensuring fair and equitable access to all.”, he stated.
