Dimensions HRD Consultants acquires healthcare recruitment firm Qwazent Talent Solutions in strategic deal

Dimensions HRD Consultants, a human resources development and talent management solutions company, has acquired Qwazent Talent Solutions, a recruitment firm that specializes in the healthcare industry. The deal includes Qwazent’s innovative AI-driven recruitment platform, Hyre.

Qwazent has been led by Shruti Nath and the family office of Poshika for the past seven years. The company has built a strong client base and reputation for its expertise in talent management within the healthcare industry. With the acquisition, Qwazent will divest its controlling stake to Dimensions HRD, which is expected to expand the volume of its business and benefit from Dimensions’ deep domain expertise.
