D2C brand Almo appointed Pharmeasy’s Kshitij Ladia as Co-founder & COO

Kshitij Ladia has been named Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Almo, a new D2C company in the men’s premium necessities industry (COO). Kshitij has over ten years of e-commerce experience, having previously led strategy, business operations, and supply chains for high-growth consumer internet firms such as Pharmeasy, CarDekho, and Iksula.
In his new tenure at Almo, Kshitij will be responsible for driving the strategy, operations, and supply chain towards the goal of creating operating excellence across the firm. With his extensive experience in the e-commerce business, Kshitij will lead cross-functional teams in fulfilment, customer care, merchandising, finance, and human resources, as well as provide best practices for improving the overall customer experience as a primary mandate.
