Circle of Games raises $1 million of strategic funding from Nazara Technologies and The Hashgraph Association

Circle of Games (COG), a leader in multi-gaming platforms, has successfully raised $1 million from Nazara Technologies FZ LLC and The Hashgraph Association. This investment marks a substantial step forward in COG’s expansion and technological advancement.

Nazara Technologies, India’s premier gaming company, is renowned for its diverse involvement in eSports, Sports Media, Gaming studios, and Adtech. It is the only listed gaming entity in India and has committed to investing $100 million into pioneering technologies across Web3, Virtual Reality, and AI spaces. The Hashgraph Association, based in Switzerland, represents a key player in the global digital sphere through its support of Hedera, the top-tier distributed ledger technology.

COG plans to channel the funds into accelerating its market strategy, enhancing its platform capabilities, and expanding its reach in key global markets including the US, EU, Middle East, Africa, and Asia throughout 2024. The platform, which currently supports six games and boasts over 250,000 registered users, aims to grow its portfolio to more than ten games by the end of 2024. This expansion is set to cater to millions within the casual and hyper-casual gaming communities worldwide.

“Circle of Games is positioned at the forefront of Web3 gaming innovations globally, and this strategic partnership represents a significant endorsement of COG’s mission and potential,” said Rabilal Thapa, CEO and Co-Founder of Circle of Games. He expressed profound gratitude towards Nazara and key figures within The Hashgraph Association for their comprehensive support and confidence in COG’s future.

COG is also enhancing its technology, utilizing multi-chain technology with Hedera as its primary mainnet. This approach ensures that a majority of on-chain transactions are swift and secure. The upcoming launch of its native $COG Token by Q2 2024 is set to revolutionize the user experience, offering players complete control over their in-game assets and tokens.

Kamal Youssefi, President of The Hashgraph Association, shared his enthusiasm about the partnership: “We are pleased to further empower the global Web3 gaming industry through our co-investment with Nazara Technologies in Circle of Games – the leading Web3 multi-gaming app aiming to onboard the next billion users onto the Hedera network.”

This collaboration not only fuels COG’s operational and developmental strategies but also leverages Nazara’s extensive network and The Hashgraph Association’s innovative technology and substantial user base, promising a bright future for COG and its community of players and developers. With the support of its Distribution Infrastructure Network (DIN), COG is well on its way to transforming the global distribution and monetization landscape of gaming content.
