ChatGPT performs “outstandingly well” in MBA exam

A professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, one of the world’s leading business schools, recently tested how the chatbot would perform in an MBA exam.
Christian Terwiesch posed questions to ChatGPT about Operations Management, a core MBA subject. This is what he discovered and documented in a research paper.
His first observation was that ChatGPT performed “outstandingly well” on questions about basic operations management and process analysis, including those based on case studies.
Terwiesch noted that ChatGPT not only answered the questions correctly, but also provided “excellent” explanations.
ChatGPT is a chatbot (computer program) launched by OpenAI in 2022. The chatbot can write in diversified genres depending upon the instructions it receives from its users.
