CBREX, a platform for finding talent secures $3 million in funding from WaterBridge Ventures

The global Pre-Series A investment of $3 million was headed by WaterBridge Ventures and went toward CBREX, a platform that links businesses and recruitment firms through B2 B-driven talent procurement.

The recently raised money will be put to use for product development, expanding the US go-to-market, and sales and marketing efforts in other geographies. The platform, which is already present in more than 20 nations, will now increase the size of its engineering teams and hire people for design positions.

“We have been somewhat active in the US market and will increase our attention there. Also showing growth potential are Singapore and the Middle East “said CBREX co-founder and CEO Gautam Sinha. Over the following year, the company plans to increase revenues by 4-5 times.

The platform makes it possible for talent acquisition teams and recruitment firms to work together on the global recruitment of any talent. With an expansion into additional tech-driven fields including robotics and financial services, CBREX’s clientele also includes businesses in the technology, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries.

“Cross-border recruiting is the new norm since Covid, and CBREX makes it possible for any business to find qualified employees anywhere in the world. We think the time has come when businesses will search the world over for talent. Anjali Sosale, a partner at WaterBridge Ventures, said, “We are impressed with their early revenue growth in the India-US talent corridor and are excited to partner with them.
