Cashfree Payments Appoints Chetan Yadav as Senior VP – Human Resources

Cashfree Payments, a pioneering company in payments and API banking solutions in India, has announced the appointment of Chetan Yadav as Senior Vice President – Human Resources. This strategic addition to the senior leadership team signifies the company’s preparations for its forthcoming phase of growth and expansion.

Chetan Yadav brings to the table over two decades of diverse industry experience encompassing pivotal HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Key Talent Retention, Performance Management, Attrition Planning & Prevention, Compensation and Benefits, Compliance, Learning and Development, and Strategic Workforce Planning. He has played a pivotal role in establishing new businesses and teams, both nationally and internationally, while successfully managing large distributed teams. Chetan’s career spans across various industries, utilizing his expertise in sectors including technology products, robotics, e-commerce, finance, IT, and operations-intensive domains such as hospitality and ITES.

In his current capacity, Chetan will oversee comprehensive HR operations and strategy at Cashfree Payments. As the Head of HR, his purview will extend across all teams, including Human Resources Business Partners, Human Resources Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Administration. His primary focus will be on driving transformational endeavors through a people-centric and culture-oriented approach, enhancing capabilities, nurturing leadership, and aligning HR processes.
