BCCI announces BookMyShow as Ticketing Platform for ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially designated BookMyShow, India’s foremost entertainment destination, as the Ticketing Platform for the esteemed ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023. Set to kick off on September 29th and extend until November 19th, the cricket extravaganza promises fans an opportunity to witness their cricketing idols in live action from the stadium.

Spanning across 58 matches, which includes 10 warm-up games, the tournament will unfold across 12 prominent venues across the nation.

In a bid to provide a seamless and comprehensive ticketing experience for fans, the ticket sales process for this iconic tournament will be executed in a series of meticulously managed phases. The initial phase entails an exclusive 24-hour window specifically designated for ICC’s commercial partner, Mastercard.

The schedule for the pre-sale of tickets for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 is as follows:

– August 24th from 6 PM IST onwards: Mastercard Pre-sale – All Non-India event matches excluding warm-up games

– August 29th from 6 PM IST onwards: Mastercard Pre-sale – All India matches excluding warm-up games

– September 14th from 6 PM IST onwards: Mastercard Pre-Sale – Semi Finals and Final

For all other users, the ticket sales have been categorized according to the phases mentioned below:

– August 25th from 8 PM IST onwards: Non-India Warm-Up matches and all Non-India event matches

– August 30th from 8 PM IST onwards: India matches at Guwahati and Trivandrum

– August 31st from 8 PM IST onwards: India matches at Chennai, Delhi and Pune

– September 1st from 8 PM IST onwards: India matches at Dharamsala, Lucknow and Mumbai

– September 2nd from 8 PM IST onwards: India matches at Bengaluru and Kolkata

– September 3rd from 8 PM IST onwards: India match at Ahmedabad

– September 15th from 8 PM IST onwards: Semi-Finals and Final
