The acquisition of Nitor Infotech, which boasts a team of over 700 professionals, aligns seamlessly with Ascendion’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions to its clients. Nitor Infotech’s proficiency in generative AI enhances Ascendion’s capacity to provide cutting-edge and forward-thinking solutions. The collaboration also bolsters Ascendion’s presence in industries like health-tech, retail-tech, and supply chain-tech, leveraging Nitor’s domain expertise and established client relationships.

Nitor Infotech, which already collaborates with around 60 clients to drive innovation and revenue growth through digital products and technology advisory, introduces a dedicated Technology Centre of Excellence for Generative Artificial Intelligence. This center facilitates the exploration and implementation of advanced AI models, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and probabilistic programming to extract value from AI technologies.
