AI-Powered SaaS Platform SuperOps.ai Secures $12.4 Million in Series B Funding

SuperOps.ai, an AI-powered IT management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, has successfully raised $12.4 million in a Series B funding round. This financing round was led by Addition and March Capital, with the participation of Matrix Partners India. The latest investment brings the total capital infusion into SuperOps.ai to $29.4 million.

Founded in 2020 by Arvind Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, SuperOps.ai operates as a unified PSA-RMM platform, with a primary objective of simplifying the IT management processes and workflows for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The platform empowers MSPs to transition from using disparate tools by amalgamating the functionalities of remote monitoring and management of client assets with professional services automation capabilities. This comprehensive approach covers service desk operations, cash flow management, reporting, and client management.

To further enhance its offerings for MSPs, the AI-driven platform has introduced advanced network monitoring capabilities as part of its unified solution. This addition streamlines services, eliminating the need for onboarding additional tools.

Arvind Parthiban, Co-founder and CEO of SuperOps.ai, highlighted the evolving landscape of IT support and the pressing need for MSPs to adapt to this rapidly changing environment. Traditionally, MSPs have relied on a mix of tools, resulting in increased costs and a lack of visibility. SuperOps.ai seeks to guide MSPs away from outdated standalone products and toward a unified platform tailored to their specific requirements.

In his statement, Arvind Parthiban expressed the company’s goal to further develop the platform, supporting MSPs in their pursuit of addressing increasingly complex IT challenges.

Ravi Rajamony, Vice President at March Capital, praised SuperOps.ai’s commitment to empowering the MSP market with its secure, cloud-native, and AI-driven PSA, RMM, and IT documentation platform. He acknowledged the team’s strong domain expertise and customer-centric approach as key drivers of innovation in the MSP market.

To spearhead investments and expansion efforts in the United States, SuperOps.ai has appointed Juan Fernandez as Channel Chief. Fernandez will lead initiatives aimed at delivering value to MSPs. The MSP industry, valued at $280 billion, is primarily composed of small- and medium-sized businesses that have grappled with stagnant tools lacking innovation.

SuperOps.ai plans to allocate a significant portion of the latest funds to further enhance its AI capabilities. The company has reported a remarkable 300% customer growth over the past year. It is also scaling its partnerships with vendors in areas such as cybersecurity, payments, and data backup, ensuring comprehensive technology support for MSPs. Additionally, the company will invest in community-led initiatives to assist MSPs in domains extending beyond technology.
