Ace Turtle expands its management team with two new recruits

Ace Turtle, a Bengaluru-based leading technology-driven retail company, has expanded its senior management team by appointing Amit Kriplani as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Punit Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). 

Amit Kriplani has almost a decade and a half of experience in the IT industry, having held numerous leadership positions in prominent technology firms such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Simplilearn, and ace turtle. He has experience managing huge teams and completing multi-million dollar software and digital projects. In his new post, he will be in charge of leading the engineering function and developing creative technological solutions to scale the businesses of the company’s brands, which include Lee, Wrangler, Toys’R’Us, and Babies’R’Us.

Punit Aggarwal, a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of expertise in finance and accounting, has worked for Ola, Cisco, Adobe, GE, and Vodafone. He served as Flipkart’s Director of Finance before joining Ace Turtle. Punit will be in charge of managing all financial, regulatory, and investor relations operations of Ace Turtle.

It should be noted that ace turtle has funding from companies like Rianta Capital, a Swiss venture capital business, and Vertex Ventures, a venture capital firm with offices in Singapore and Temasek Holdings. 

Ace Turtle has changed from being a retail SaaS business to a technology-focused retail business. Its firm has been reorganized to concentrate on the licensed brands vertical and scale them across the nation. Soon, it will expand its portfolio with other global fashion and leisure companies.
