100X.VC-backed web3 startup Strive raises $500K in pre-seed funding round

Web3 startup Strive stated on Wednesday that it has secured $500,000 in a pre-seed fundraising round headed by 100X.VC, Anupam Mittal, Let’s Venture, GrowX Ventures, Amey Mashelkar, Saurabh Agarwal, Sandhya Patel, YPO, and a slew of famous YPO angel investors. Funds will be used to create its marketplace & exchange for individual investors to fractionalize blue-chip NFTs.

Strive, founded by Kartik Mehrotra & Swathi Perumala, is on a mission to provide the bottom 95% of crypto holders and web3 users with access to high-quality NFTs that are generally available to the top 5% of wealth holders. Several blue-chip NFTs might cost lakhs to crores, making them an expensive and dangerous asset class for average investors. Furthermore, millennials and Gen Z are the most frequent consumers of NFTs, yet they lack the disposable money and resources to participate in blue chip NFTs. Strive is addressing this issue by making them accessible to regular investors for less than INR 1000.
