AI-Powered Platform Targets Tier 2/3 City Growth And International Pilots
Gurugram-headquartered logistics tech startup Pidge has raised $13.6 million (₹120 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Spain-based investment firm La Vida es Chula (LVEC). Existing backers also participated in the round. The capital will be used to deepen Pidge’s presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets across India, enhance its AI-driven logistics operating system, and launch pilot projects in select international markets.
Founded in 2019 by Ratnesh Verma and Rushil Mohan, Pidge positions itself as an interoperable and supply-agnostic operating system that integrates organised fleets, gig workers, and informal delivery providers into a unified logistics layer. Its AI-powered platform optimises order allocation, reduces delivery times, and cuts costs for over 20,000 brands across quick commerce, retail, pharma, apparel, and food delivery sectors in more than 50 Indian cities.
The fresh funds will drive scaling of supply integrations, faster logistics allocation tools, and expansion into smaller cities where reliable delivery infrastructure remains fragmented. Pidge aims to be the logistics operating system powering digital commerce at scale nationwide, competing indirectly with major players such as Shadowfax, Dunzo, and LoadShare, but differentiated by its interoperability vision.
The company reports annualised revenue run rate of ₹250 crore with 10x year-on-year growth, supported by strong margins and a clear path to profitability. LVEC’s investment marks its first in India and reflects confidence in Pidge’s disciplined scaling strategy and market opportunity.
