Healthtech startup Butterfly Learnings raises $1.5 million in seed round

 Butterfly Learnings, a platform for pediatric behavioral health, has secured $1.5 million in initial capital from Insitor Partners, 9Unicorns, Venture Catalysts, Fondation Botnar, UTIL Stiftung, and CIIE.CO.

The firm said that it will utilize the funding to develop and grow the digital product and increase its physical presence in India. It now has four physical locations in Mumbai and Thane.

Butterfly Learnings, founded in 2021 by Sonam Kothari and Abhishek Sen, is a complete in-person and digital platform for children development and behavior health services, including but not limited to applied behavioral analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy.

Currently, Butterfly Learnings operates four locations in the Mumbai and Thane areas. In 2022, the company hopes to have expanded its services to every state, helping over 2,000 kids and their families with better clinical results.
