Freelance marketplace Fiverr Is developing an interactive Pinterest-like mobile experience aimed at providing users with an constantly updated feed of visual content that is specially curated for them. According to the company, a new feature called “Inspire” is specifically designed to inspire new projects and help users discover freelancers on the market. Users can interact with the content by “like” it in the feed and adding it to the in-app mood board or list for later reference.
According to Fiverr, this new feature also aims to enable users to discover a variety of services and features that may serve the needs of their business or project. The content in the feed is curated based on the user’s recent searches and purchases. The company notes that by using native endless exploration, users are exposed not only to highly personal and relevant content, but also to content that can complement what they have seen before.
