Famous Cricketer KL Rahul Invests In Men’s men’s innerwear Brand XYXX

KL Rahul, an Indian cricketer, has made an undisclosed investment in XYXX, a men’s innerwear, and comfort wear line. Rahul will join the label as its first-ever ambassador for the innerwear and leisurewear category as a result of the investment.

XYXX intends to increase its internet presence and expand geographically in hitherto unexplored markets. XYXX has tried to create goods that disrupt the current quo in the innerwear category since its start, focusing on innovation, craftsmanship, comfort, and customer experience.

“I’m looking forward to being a part of their journey as they reach new heights. XYXX’s attention to detail, ideology, and ethos, all backed by innovation that reflects in their great product selection, has been nothing short of spectacular,” KL Rahul said.

XYXX is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) men’s clothing business founded in 2016 by Yogesh Kabra. It includes innerwear, loungewear, and athleisure. It promises to offer products on its website as well as on 14 other online marketplaces such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Ajio, and Myntra.

XYXX also says that its omnichannel strategy has been critical to its success in Tier 1, 2, and 3 markets, resulting in a 100 percent year-over-year increase. By September 2022, it plans to expand its physical presence to 19000 touchpoints.

DSG Consumer Partners and Synergy Capital Partners, as well as previous investor Sauce.vc, contributed INR 30 crore to XYXX’s Series A fundraising in June 2021. Sauce.vc had previously raised INR 6 Cr in a Pre-Series A financing round in 2019.
