Entropik Tech announces collaboration with Cisco’s Webex to advance the hybrid work model

Entropik Tech, the world’s top developer of Emotion AI solutions, has announced a collaboration with the Webex Developer Partner Program to improve hybrid work and humanise Webex experiences. Users will be able to compile, collaborate on, and understand life and recorded meetings thanks to the partnership between Entropik Tech’s Decode and Webex.
Decode, the conversation intelligence platform from Entropik Tech uses emotion AI technologies like facial coding, voice artificial intelligence, and sentiment analysis. With Decode, users may analyse facial expressions, speech modulation, and text sentiment in real-time to better comprehend the speaker’s emotions during a live conference or conversation. Users can also upload their recorded meetings to the platform so that team members can be identified in the highlights and transcripts of the meeting and at important points.
