Ecommerce startup Evenflow raises $5M in Pre-Series A from Village Global, 9Unicorns, Shiprocket, others


EvenFlow Brands, an eCommerce rollup, founded by former Uber executives Utsav Agarwal and Pulkit Chhabra in May 2021, has successfully raised $5 Mn funding from a clutch of investors. The eCommerce platform partners up with digital brands and then helps them to sell on eCommerce marketplaces profitably like Amazon, Meesho, etc.

Evenflow brand has acquired third-party sellers on Amazon and has now aimed to scale up over 100 digital-first brands through operational intelligence across the value chain. EvenFlow will also be creating brands with a multi-crore value across categories where consumers do not have branded options.

The e-commerce till now has acquired 7 brands, launched two private labels, and also has managed to scale brands steadily. Utsav Agarwal has summed up their commitment in the words, “Scaling these fantastically built small businesses into everyday brands’. Now, Evenflow has its objective to develop over 20 Indian brands over the next 12-18 months. 

The investors who funded the platform were Village Global, 9Unicorns, Venture Catalysts, LetsVenture, Shiprocket, and even marquee angel investors. The co-founder of Shiprocket expresses his faith in the eCommerce platform through the words that they enable the small-medium scale sellers to expand their presence on the top eCommerce platforms and also work with efficiency.
