B2B fintech payments platform: Rupifi raises $8 Mn venture debt

Rupifi, B2B fintech payments platform raised $8 million venture debt led by Alteria Capital, Trifecta Capital, and Innoven Capital. This fundraise is an extension of a $25 million Series A round announced by Rupifi in January 2022.
Rupifi was launched in 2020 and on similar lines to the Open Credit Enablement Network built by iSpirt, it offers MSMEs access to multiple lenders in a standardised way on digital business-to-business platforms and marketplaces.

A SME focused commercial card which provides SMEs flexibility in order to manage expenses without any cost for shorter periods are included as the other product lines of Rupifi. Rupifi’s solution at present covers more than 70,000 SME partners.
Some of the biggest names of the startup industry like the co-founder of Flipkart, Binny Bansal; Gokul Rajaram of Doordash; the founder of CRED, Kunal Shah; the co-founder of Livspace, Ramakant Sharma; the co-founder of Bharatpe, Ashneer Grover; and the founder of MyAsiaVC, Sajid Rehman are backing up the startup, Rupifi.
