Kore.ai Appoints Devendra Kumar Sharma as Chief Operating Officer

Kore.ai, a prominent provider of enterprise conversational and generative AI solutions, has announced the appointment of Devendra Kumar (DK) Sharma as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his role as COO, DK Sharma will lead Kore.ai’s Go-to-Market functions, revenue growth initiatives, client success efforts, strategy formulation, and cross-functional collaboration, all while driving operational excellence. With a distinguished career spanning 30 years, DK Sharma brings extensive experience and a notable reputation as a trailblazer in the technology and financial services sectors to Kore.ai’s executive leadership team. He has held various executive leadership positions in global organizations and startups, including Citigroup International. Notably, he also served on Kore.ai’s board of directors for a number of years.
