Naomi Patisserie & Bakehouse raises 5 cr in funding

Naomi Patisserie & Bakehouse has received a five crore investment from Kanthi Dutt, co-founder of SustainKart.
Nikitha and Akash, a chef couple, established Naomi Patisserie & Bakehouse, an artisanal patisserie company with the goal of fusing Indian ingredients with the greatest cooking methods available worldwide.
With the money, Naomi will be able to open its first store in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Delicious pastries, entrees, sourdough pizzas, gourmet meals, and more will be available at the Patisserie and Cafe.
“I have always had a fondness towards the food and beverage industry, more so for baking. I am excited to collaborate with Nikitha & Akash to help strengthen their positioning. They have created a top-notch product line that blends seamlessly into the growing gourmet market. My investment will allow Naomi Patisserie to increase production capacity and expand distribution nationwide immediately,” said Kanthi Dutt.
Nikhitha & Akash, the passionate founders and chefs of Naomi and former chefs at the ITC Group, created the restaurant out of their passion and zeal. By combining cutting-edge international culinary methods with Indian ingredients, the founders want to transform the baking sector.

Nikitha, who has always had a passion for baking and has been in awe of Masterchef Australia, represented India at Bocuse’dor (a world-renowned Chefs competition in Singapore). On the other hand, Akash followed in his grandfather’s footsteps after being influenced by other international chefs. He gained a passion for the culinary arts thanks to the professional mentoring of veterans.
Young company Naomi Patisserie & Bakehouse is run by former ITC sous chefs Nikitha & Akash. Currently, Naomi is developing a gourmet food and pastries experience location. With authentic Indian ingredients, Naomi tries to redefine the essence of excellent cuisine. They hope that Naomi will become a byword for excellent taste and quality.
