Rustomjee Group-run Keystone Realtors sets IPO price band at Rs 514-541


On November 9, the real estate developer Rustomjee Group company-owned Keystone Realtors arrived at the conclusion that the pricing range for their upcoming public offering would be between Rs 514-541 per share. This conclusion was reached after considering a number of factors. However, Rustomjee Group investors will be allowed to begin placing bids for the anchor component beginning on November 11, one day prior to the issue opening. This will provide investors more time to consider their options before the issue opens. Beginning on November 14, the initial public offering (IPO) will begin accepting subscriptions, and interested parties will have access to the offer until November 16. The real estate group that is the owner of the firm with its headquarters in Mumbai has the goal of raising 635 crore Indian Rupees via the public issuance. This would include the fresh issuance of shares at a cost of 560 crore rupees as well as an offer-for-sale by shareholders who are selling their shares at a cost of 75 crore rupees. These two factors will, when combined, create a total of 635 crore rupees. When added together, these two components would result in a total revenue of 635 crore rupees.

In addition to using the cash for regular business activities, such as paying down existing debts and making investments in future real estate developments, the firm expects to utilize the revenues from the offering to make investments in upcoming real estate projects.

A bid must be placed for a minimum of 27 shares, and all future bids must be in multiples of 27 shares. The minimum number of shares for which an investor may place a bid is 27.

Regular investors are eligible to participate in the remaining 35 percent of the offering. High-net-worth individuals will receive 15 percent of the total, qualified institutional buyers will receive fifty percent of the total, and regular investors will receive the remaining 35 percent of the offering.
