GoKwik appointed Amit Sharma as the Chief Customer Officer

Gokwik, an e-commerce facilitator, has announced the appointment of Amitt Sharma as CCO (Chief Customer Officer). As part of the company’s growth plan, Amitt will work closely with the rest of the verticals and the leadership team to drive GoKwik’s aim of maximising value delivery to its clients. He would be in charge of establishing an enablement layer inside the team to expand best CS practices and hygiene to fuel growth and retention initiatives.
Sharma comes to Gokwik with over 12 years of expertise in customer success and delivery from MoEngage. On this leading customer engagement platform, he drove customer success, installation, and onboarding while fine-tuning the entire expansion strategy for South East Asia and ANZ.
