Grid raises $700 K in a funding round led by Indian Angel Network


Grid, a platform for no-code data and operations management, has secured $700K in a round led by Indian Angel Network (IAN). Jaideep Mehta, KRS Jamwal, Pramod Jajoo, and Shalil Gupta also took part in the round. The new funds will be used to enhance sales and marketing operations across key areas and to boost the company’s product range. As it expands, it will also prioritise hiring the appropriate people.

Udit Poddar, the CEO and co-founder of Grid said that most asset-heavy companies continually create operational data that may be used to improve efficiency. Grid is the core operational layer that links together people and device data to develop ESG-focused operations, beginning as a no-code operations management platform. The firm is excited about this collaboration and wants to use it to extend its operations even further.

Jaideep Mehta, IAN Investor stated that it’s thrilling to be working with Grid. They have proved the capacity to establish a high-performance in underserved areas such as mining and infrastructure, while also producing user-friendly technology that gives quick ROI to their clients.

The no-code B2B SaaS platform, founded in 2017 by Aayush Agrawal, Udit Poddar, Shreyansh Jain, and Shaury Poddar, is driving efficiency in sectors at the heart of a sustainable future and is now active in a variety of markets. 0 Ventures provided $150,000 in startup investment to the platform in 2020. The startup intends to offer a marketplace for operational management apps developed in partnership with industry experts. It also further intends to extend its worldwide reach in FY22-23.
