Funding Alert

Actlogica raises Rs 3 Cr in seed funding by Rainmatter Capital

Rainmatter Capital, which is backed by Zerodha, has invested Rs 3 crore in Actlogica, a wealth and investment management platform.

Ameet Ayare and Archana Anoor, a husband-and-wife duo, founded Actlogica in 2015 to help wealth managers and investment managers. To keep their firms running, investment managers use a variety of instruments. Not just to watch market movements and take evasive action, but also to assure regulatory compliance and, most significantly, to establish a long-term business.

FinFlo Enterprise, the company’s initial wealth management product, is an investor-centric platform with process flexibility and CFA-inspired reporting standards. FinFlo’s purpose is to allow users to make orders, settle, report, and charge fees (in the case of RIAs) all in one place, eliminating the need for several systems.

Investa, the company’s other offering, is a freemium API-first mutual fund CAS analysis and reporting program. Anyone having a CAS statement can upload, analyze, and generate a performance report for the investments in the CAS file in a matter of seconds.

“Our objective has always been to assist drive financial inclusion in India by offering scalable tech infrastructure to wealth managers and investment professionals.  We are convinced that they are a driving force behind this mission. We’ve created an integrated ecosystem of software tools. These can be connected to create a customized version of the software to meet specific business requirements.” says Ameet Ayare, Co-founder and CEO of Actlogica.

Actologica’s team is now working on a B2B SaaS product suite to give investment professionals and advisers an affordable and effective technological stack. This allows investment professionals to give customers consistent, transparent, and high-quality service. The investment management experts would also be able to multiply their wealth business, allowing them to stay ahead of the pack in the extremely competitive wealth management industry.
