HealthKart, India’s largest health, and nutrition-based online marketplace have collaborated with Delhi Police and Lakshyam (NGO) to organize a health campaign to promote awareness about women’s health, their right to nutrition, and alternative approaches to tackling their health-related issues. The drive was conducted for ladies from the Self Defense and Counseling Unit of the Delhi Police.
Essential elements such as a lack of vitamins, minerals, and protein in the Indian diet, as well as a lack of awareness among women, are the key causes of deficiency disorders in women, according to nutrition specialists at HealthKart. A health drive for the ladies of the Delhi Police was planned to address this issue, and topics such as the importance of physical health, mental health, and balanced meals were thoroughly discussed during the event.
Nutritionists from HealthKart spoke with the women about the necessity of living a healthy lifestyle and the importance of mental health. In addition, HealthKart supported the campaign by giving MuscleBlaze High Protein Peanut Butter, HK Vitals Multivitamin, and MuscleBlaze Probiotic Muesli from their healthy foods and multivitamins line.

“We at HealthKart have been working to do our part to serve our communities, and this project underscores the importance of health and nutrition for all women,” stated Abhinav Sonal, Chief of Staff, HealthKart. The campaign also spreads the message of ‘Eating Right’ to a wider audience, allowing us all to continue contributing to a healthier future.
HealthKart began as an online business but has since expanded to include offline locations, with locations in 46 cities. Healthkart, founded in 2011 by Sameer Maheshwari and now 1mg founder Prashant Tandon, sells products in a variety of categories, including sports nutrition, vitamins, Ayurveda, fitness, and wellbeing. Customers can also contact fitness professionals for free on HealthKart’s site. It also provides experienced nutritionists to assist consumers with product selection and diet planning.
