Bizongo, backed by Tiger Global, purchases a clean slate to equip Indian factories with IoT solutions

Bizongo, a Mumbai-based B2B packaging, and the textile firm has acquired Clean Slate, an internet-of-things (IoT) startup, for an unknown sum. By 2023, the startup will have equipped Indian manufacturers with its IoT-powered cloud manufacturing solution as a result of this acquisition.

Furthermore, the acquisition will allow Bizongo to improve its technology infrastructure and give local manufacturers automation and real-time data analytics, both of which are crucial for increasing throughput. Clean Slate’s asset, goods, and people tracking features, as well as sensors, will be integrated into the tech platform to generate data and insights about the factory’s operations.

The IoT-powered cloud factory, according to the firm, will improve production visibility for MSMEs and their local and international customers. It goes on to say that interconnectivity between machines will assist small and medium businesses to avoid supply chain disruptions and save time and effort when creating invoices and collecting payments. As a result, producers will be able to increase exports, compete with global competitors, and bring value distinction to customers through visibility.
