Stoa School bags funding from startup founders including Nithin Kamath, Kunal Shah


Stoa School, an online business school, has received money from Indian and US startup ecosystem leaders such as Nitin Kamath of Zerodha, Kunal Shah of CRED, and Gagan Biyani of Udemy to extend its operations and add additional programmes.According to a release, the company has obtained an initial investment of $1.5 million, which will enable it expand up its capacity, offer additional programmes, and develop technology to administer its online-only school.Stoa School is a 6-month part-time Master of Business Administration programme with an emphasis on the startup ecosystem that began in October 2020.

It costs Rs 2.5 lakh to complete the training.So far, Stoa School has assisted over 300 students from various backgrounds in obtaining jobs in marketing, operations, product development, and finance at financed startups. It has over 100 hiring partners, including Swiggy, Gojek, and Chargebee, and has placed students at firms like these.
