Jet Media Network raises $2.5M in seed funding
Jet Media Network recently raised $2.5 million crore in its seed funding round led by Los Angeles Media Fund. The round also saw participation from 10X Capital, Gaingels, Spivy Private Capital, and Equinox Systems, along with parent company JetSynthesys.
The company plans to use the fresh injection of capital into its influencer base to include musicians, actors, gamers, and public influencers.
Jet Media Network co-founder and CEO Jesper Schertiger stated, “The investment demonstrates the shift in direction and change in appetite for celebrities to have greater ownership over their brand and content, and in essence, to become their own publisher. It also demonstrates the belief that Jet Media Network has the right technology, strategy, and leadership in place to succeed.”
Founded in 2020 under JetSynthesys, Jet Media Network helps celebrities interact directly with fans and helps them capitalise the features of the creator economy.
