SaaS Labs raises $17M in funding round
SaaS Labs recently raised $17 million in Series A funding from Base10 Partners, an early stage venture capital firm based in the US, and Eight Roads Ventures.
The Delhi and US-based startup plans to utilize the funds raised to expand its customer base, acquire talent, diversify its product offerings, and in research & development.
Saas Labs was founded in 2016 by Gaurav Sharma. It currently offers three products, JustCall (contact centre for sales and support), CallRoot (tracks and records calls), and HelpWise (integrates all communication channels in one central inbox). The business automation offerings are aimed at optimising the remote work experience. Gaurav Sharma stated that the company had witnessed an ‘unprecedented’ growth in cloud adoption in SMBs over the past year.
