About The Founder
Diwakar Singh the founder of BA Helpline is an electrical engineer, business analyst and an entrepreneur. He is working as a Business Analyst in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over 5.5 years. He has performed business analysis in the realm of IT, HRMS, Travel, E Commerce, Sports, Event Management and BFSI. Moreover, He is also the founder of WeMob Solutions, a service-based agency providing end to end business solutions to business problems under one roof.
Beginning Of BA Helpline
When we asked Diwakar about the idea behind the establishment of BA Helpline to he replied, ‘I had faced a lot of challenges, difficulties, and humiliation when I began my career in Business Analysis. Infact, I thought of quitting once, but I had no option that time. That’s the main reason of setting up a platform like BA Helpline where I can guide, mentor, motivate, and inspire every business analyst out there in the world.’ While talking about the ideation process, Diwakar also shared an anecdote of how does it all began. Earlier Diwakar was not much active on LinkedIn. Therefore, one fine day, he wrote a post on Business Analysis, the domain challenges that Business Analysts are facing that he himself has confronted. Fortunately, the post went viral and got 70k+ views. The whole next week hasn’t been like an ordinary week for him. Many people sent him connections. He had talked to many people who were sharing their experiences with him, and that made him realize that there are a lot of gaps, misconceptions revolving around the Business Analysis profession. And that sparked the idea of sharing his knowledge with BA Aspirants as he believes ‘Business Analysis is a beautiful, challenging and interesting job to do.’ Since then, he started writing every day that led him to connect with people from all over the world. By far Diwakar has guided and motivated aspirants from countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Sri Lanka and Dubai.
What’s BA Helpline?
BA Helpline was established in May 2021. The aim is to help and guide aspiring Business Analysts in pursuing their career in Business Analysis. This is for freshers and experienced professionals who want to start their career in business analysis or transform their role into Business Analyst.

‘The only vision is to help more and more people in the career of Business Analysis. I always try to clear all the queries of aspirants in the counselling session, and show them the correct path. It is not always about training and that’s the reason, I never recommend myself or any training institutes to them. Sometimes, it’s about motivating people. They’ve the required skills but they’re afraid of it. Moreover, they don’t know what all skills are actually needed to perform business analysis. Therefore, I want to reach more and more people and spread the awareness and knowledge, so they can look up to this interesting and beautiful profile as their career option,’ said Diwakar.
