Startup Story Launches COVID Relief Campaign 2021

Startup Story’s press release on Friday released a statement announcing its COVID relief campaign aligned with the NGO’s including Humanity First and YUVA Volunteers. The second wave of the pandemic proved to be catastrophic affecting the lives of people adversely, making a contribution to lighten this effect the COVID relief campaign will ensure to extend help as per need.
In a statement Mr Anil Bakshi, Founder, CEO, Startup Story said that “The COVID relief campaign shall not be restricted to a single cause rather resources for food, healthcare, oxygen concentrators, admittance to hospitals and bills and many other causes related to COVID will be covered”.
The COVID relief campaign is an attempt to reach various parts of the country that have remained neglected, the mission behind the COVID relief campaign is to connect with various District magistrates across the country and work in collaboration with them.
The inspiration behind the COVID relief campaign came from an initiative taken by an IAS officer Rishav Gupta, who along with his two other IIT graduates, Kunal Mahajan and Shashank Yaduvanshi collected more than Rs47 lakhs within three days through crowdfunding on their online platform Milaap, the money raised by them will be used to avail oxygen concentrators.
Further, expressing his concern over the tough situation, Animesh Shukla, CO-Founder, COO, Startup Story said “The current times are distressing and we at Startup Story extend our sincere hope to reach out to anyone who is unable to reach any kind of help, regardless of how hard it might be.”
According to the Union Health Minister’s dashboard, there are currently 3,673,802 active cases in the country.
Animesh further said that, “as individuals it becomes a moral responsibility to extend help in the form of COVID relief. Every little contribution will go a long way in helping the citizens impacted by the pandemic and securing the future of the country.”
