Social tech start up Un1Feed raises $1 million in funding led by Silicon Valley- based fund Neo

Social- tech start up Un1Feed on Wednesday said it has risen $1 million or Rs. 7.5 crore in a funding round led by Silicon Valley- based community- based venture capital fund, Neo.
Ali partovi, CEO of Neo, said that mending social media is one of humanity’s top challenges today.
His early- stage investments consists of Airbnb, Drop box, Facebook, and Uber.
“ I conceive results for the many problems of social media will approach from young founders with new ideas, and we are excited to back Un1 feed, “ Partovi said.
Tribe Capital, great Oaks, Global Asset capital, and angels like shutterstock founder Jon Oringer, Misfits Market founder Ed ward Lando, and social media entrepreneurs Cory Levy also partaking in the pre- seed round.
Un1Feed plans to utilise the funds to base on product development and is also looking to hire engineers to ramp up the pace.
It will permit users to effortlessly and dependable logging into them on the platform.
“ Gen Z and millennials spend over 20% of their awakening life on social media, with almost no control over the kind of content they squander.
In just the past year, nearly half of my generation has assayed to delete their social media account.
Certainly, social media users have a love/ hate relationship with it, and we want to alter that.”
Hardik Patil, co founder, Un1feed, said in a statement.
Uni1 feed aspires to let social media users be more intentional about their time on social media by disassemble a social network’s lock on the network and permitting a wholly accommodate how their social feed is displayed, ranked and contextualised or any subsisting social network.
“ Un1feed will regenerate, social media interaction for Gen z and beyond.
