SkoolStream, a Kota-based start-up, has been acquired by Bodhi AI


Bodhi AI, an EdTech portfolio business, has acquired Skoolstream, a Kota-based start-up. The acquisition is part of a larger strategy to improve content offerings, technology infrastructure, and teacher and student empowerment through personalized learning experiences.

Skoolstream is an AI-based Learning Management System that provides coaching institutes and online teachers with a platform that enables take institutes online in minutes. It was founded in 2020 by IIT graduates Parveen Garg, Sahil Jindal, and Umesh Kumar. The software has been designed to allow professors and students to produce test papers, analyze online test papers in-depth, and conduct online classes using the in-app video conferencing technology. When it comes to giving an online platform, SkoolStream covers every department or institution, be it creative or instructional.

Bodhi AI, which was founded in 2017, enables teachers by bringing their coaching online under their own brand name and assisting them in connecting with students. The start-up has already onboarded over 1 lakh teachers from India and has begun to expand its international presence, with a few clients from the Middle East also onboarded.

The Start-objective up’s is to provide each student with their own teacher, making learning more individualized. Bodhi AI is empowering instructors by building technological infrastructure, providing a platform for connecting with students, and, most importantly, assisting them in increasing their revenue.

By far, Bodhi AI has produced more than 30k white-labeled apps for teachers in collaboration with them, the most of any Ed-tech start-up. Winner of the Global Ed-tech Start-up Awards in 2022 By the end of the year, Bodhi AI hopes to have onboarded 1 million teachers and provided over 10 million one-on-one video chats between teachers and pupils.
