Santana Ramakrishnan has been appointed as chief human resources officer at DealShare, a Bengaluru-based social e-commerce business and recent unicorn (CHRO).
Ramakrishnan, a graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, offers a lot of human resources and people management experience to DealShare, where she will be in charge of implementing the company’s people strategy, as well as establishing capabilities for expansion, profitability, and enabling culture frameworks.
