Integrated healthcare brand Practo has blazoned the elevation of its long- term executive and growth head, Siddhartha Nihalani to the place of co-founder, said a today’s issued statement.
Nihalani has been correlated with the company since its commencement and has been a driving force behind the technological advancements, growth and business strategy. With this elevation, he’ll accompany Shashank ND and Abhinav Lal, the rest co-founders, who started the company back in 2008.
The CEO and co-founder Shashank ND said in a statement, “We’re in a brave new world and Practo has never been more important than it’s now. We’ve expanded greatly across products and geographies in recent years, with major launches like Practo Prime, Health Plans and Practo Care Surgeries, all spearheaded by Siddhartha. In his 12+ years at Practo he rose through the ranks strengthening product, engineering, growth and expansion. Together, Siddhartha, Abhinav and I cannot be more excited to lead Practo into the next phase, where healthcare is more inclusive, integrated, and safe, while living our shared values of trust, transparency and healthcare for all,”

In this new part, Nihalani will concentrate on structuring products for the company’s digital first surgery business. He’s going to play an active part in new product development that will foster the company’s mission of quality and affordable healthcare to over a billion Indians. Along with this, he’d also work with core leadership on business strategy and extension.
“We’re glad that Practo has been a catalyst of change and made huge progress towards digitising India’s healthcare trip. I’ve always believed in our collaborative vision and hope that in my new part, I’m able to fast-track the growth for the organisation as we continue to introduce and bring new products that simplify healthcare for everyone,” said Nihalani.
Practo is present in more than 20 countries, helping over 30 crore cases, by connecting them with more than 1 lakh affirmed doctor partners.
