Beauty Startup Pilgrim Receives Funding

Pilgrim, a direct to consumer beauty startup otherwise known as D2C is owned by Heavenly Secrets, co-founded by Anurag Kedia, Gagandeep Makker. Pilgrim receives funding of around 13 crores from Fireside Ventures, the Founder-CEO of Bewakoof.com, Rukum Capital and many more.
Kedia has said that even a year and half ago, Pilgrim was a tiny startup. They started working with a lean team, but now that Pilgrim receives funding, that too a handsome amount they hope to enhance R&D capabilities, team expansion, and brand investment.Team hiring will be a crucial point, since they would want the best set of people in their team.
Kedia has also mentioned that when they think of brand investment, their primary focus will always be bringing global experience to the indian customers. They would focus on omnichannel expansion later, but now they want to keep it D2C. Thei products are made keeping in mind the needs of various consumers, and are available on all top retail sites.
