OYO Introduces GPT-4 Powered Contactless Self Check-In for UK Hotels


OYO, a global hospitality technology company, has introduced a virtual front desk solution for its partner hotels in the UK. Utilizing GPT-4 technology, this innovative solution aims to eliminate waiting times, providing customers with a swift 5-minute check-in experience. Additionally, it will assist and guide international travellers who may not speak the local language, leading to quicker responses and issue resolution. The initiative aligns with OYO’s commitment to enhancing operational efficiency for its hotel partners through the integration of cutting-edge technological tools.

Moreover, the system automates payment collection, simplifying the entire process to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience for guests. With the help of ChatGPT4, the platform also analyzes guest preferences, enabling personalized recommendations for activities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance their stay.

Looking ahead, the company aims to concentrate on the growth of its presence in Leeds, Brighton, and Plymouth during the coming year.
