O’hi, a social networking software company, has secured Rs 3 crore ($392,000) in a seed round from investors including Mr. Rahul Mehta (Managing Partner DST), Angellist US, and others.
The funds will be used to improve the app, strengthen the team, and grow the brand by investing in technology, products, and pilots. They are considering expanding their services. The platform began in Goa and Jaipur and is now active in Pune, Gurugram, and Bengaluru, with plans to expand to other locations.
The O’Hi app, which was founded in 2021 by Rupal Sharma and Adeeti Singh, makes it easy for travelers to communicate with residents or fellow tourists in any location.
O’hi has seen over 56K users’ behavior in just six months in beta. The firm will shortly seek its next round of funding in order to exit beta, accelerate growth, and double down on growth hacks and users.
