Togai Secures $3.1 Million in Seed Funding

Togai, a B2B software firm specializing in pricing solutions, has successfully raised $3.1 million in a seed funding round. The funding was led by VC firm Together Fund, with participation from investors including BoldCap and Core91, as well as notable angel investor Prasanna Shankar, co-founder of Rippling.
Togai, a pricing platform founded by Abhishek Rajagopal, Aravind Sriraman, and Tholkappiyan Velavan, has secured funding to support its product development initiatives, bolster its quality engineering team, and facilitate expansion into new markets. The company, headquartered in the US with product development and engineering operations based in Chennai, offers businesses the ability to make real-time and personalized adjustments to their pricing plans. Togai’s product was introduced in beta to customers in April 2023, catering to various industries such as dev tools, fintech, and conversational AI.
As B2B software experiences higher churn rates and AI capabilities take center stage in business applications, the necessity for personalized pricing models becomes apparent. Togai, which derives its name from the Tamil word for “money,” has garnered significant attention from customers seeking enhanced pricing flexibility and customization options. Togai’s plug-and-play model offers support to pricing and finance teams by enabling seamless deployment of their pricing strategies while seamlessly integrating with their existing quote-to-cash systems.
Togai, the pricing platform, has announced the public availability of its B2B plug-and-play model. The company has also introduced its monetization marketplace, which is currently in beta and already features over 10 apps and integrations.
