To increase its eMobility offerings, Hinduja Tech acquires Drive System Design

Drive System Design (DSD), an award-winning and well-respected engineering consultancy known for creating cutting-edge solutions for electrified propulsion systems, was acquired by Hinduja Tech (HT), a premier provider of engineering services. From locations in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Asia, DSD currently offers advanced engineering to the automotive, commercial vehicle, off-highway, defense, and aviation industries.
The acquisition strengthens Hinduja Tech’s position in full-vehicle design and development by allowing it to offer end-to-end electrified propulsion system design and development capabilities.

With more than 70 clients worldwide, HT has been steadily strengthening its position in the market for outsourced engineering services. It now plans to speed up this expansion to meet the growing demand for electric mobility. With the acquisition of DSD, HT will gain access to state-of-the-art design and testing facilities as well as highly developed engineering capabilities in the UK and the US.
