Climate career firm Terra.do bags $5 million in a funding led by Avaana Capital


Terra.do, a climate career platform, has raised $5 million in seed funding led by Avaana Capital and including SIG, the TELUS Pollinator Fund for Good, Precursor, BEENEXT, City Light, Hummingbird Firm, and Avesta. 

Terra.do, founded in 2020 by Anshuman Bapna, Dr. Kamal Kapadia, and Mayank Jain, bring together a diverse community of professionals from critical climate industries like energy, mobility, and regenerative agriculture, as well as top experts in policy, science, and finance. 

Anshuman Bapna, co-founder and CEO of Terra.do said that the time has come, and the climate crisis will not go away. The firm is on the verge of real change as both the industry and talent have awakened to the consequences of the crisis and the effort required.
