Funding Alert

Swish Club Secures $4.5 Million in Pre-Series A to Transform Enterprise Device Management.

Swish Club, a Bengaluru-based Devices-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform, has raised $4.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round, which includes $3.3 million in equity and $1.2 million in debt financing. The equity round was led by Powerhouse Ventures, with participation from Blume Ventures, Founders Fund, Touchstone Ventures, Eternal Capital, and Atrium Ventures. The round also saw investment from industry leaders like Livspace’s Anuj Srivastava, Ajit Reddy, Deb Dutt, Tushar Patel, and Citi Ventures’ Jatin Mamtani.

This funding will support product development, talent acquisition, and revenue growth, while the debt financing will be used specifically for device financing, allowing Swish Club to scale its offerings.

Founded in 2023 by Dushyant Sapre, Suraj Kumar, and Jai Anand, Swish Club’s DaaS model allows businesses to lease laptops and smartphones from top manufacturers, including Apple, Samsung, HP, Dell, and Lenovo. It currently serves over 125 enterprise clients, including major corporations such as Max Life Insurance, HDFC Life, PepsiCo, Philips, and GMR, as well as startups like Whatfix, Meesho, and FamPay.

Managing corporate devices is traditionally fragmented, requiring businesses to engage with multiple vendors for procurement, financing, maintenance, and eventual disposal. This often leads to high costs, inefficiencies, and a lack of transparency.

Swish Club addresses this by offering a seamless, digital-first solution, reducing device and software costs from 10% to just 3% of annual capital expenditure.

“Swish Club is India’s first digital DaaS platform that helps businesses remove these depreciating assets from their balance sheets, significantly cutting costs while ensuring transparency and efficiency,” said Dushyant Sapre, CEO & Co-founder of Swish Club.

To further streamline enterprise device management, Swish Club offers four pre-bundled software solutions:

  • Asset Management Portal (AMP) – Tracks and manages devices efficiently
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) – Ensures security and compliance
  • Antivirus Software – Protects against cyber threats
  • Device Cleaner – Optimizes device performance

While Swish Club competes with unorganised players in India, globally, it faces competition from companies like Grover and Everphone. However, its technology-driven approach, bundled software solutions, and cost-saving benefits set it apart in the market.
