Sportzcraazy Acquires Controlling Stake in Kabaddi Adda, Strengthening India’s Sports Tech Business

On Monday, Sportzcraazy, a sports tech platform, announced that it has acquired a controlling stake in Kabaddi Adda, a media content platform. However, the specific details of the transaction were not disclosed.

According to a statement, Sportzcraazy asserts that the acquisition of Kabaddi Adda will enable the two platforms to reach more than five million sports enthusiasts in India every month. The collaboration is expected to strengthen the sports tech business of Kabaddi by providing additional player data such as performance statistics, player form, and auction-related information.

Vaibhav Jaiswal, CEO and founder of Sportzcraazy, stated that the acquisition of Kabaddi Adda would provide significant opportunities in the sports tech industry as Kabaddi is the second most-watched sport in India. With the largest community in the field, Sportzcraazy intends to collaborate with Kabaddi players to support them at the grassroots level and give regional players a platform to showcase their talents.

Sportzcraazy intends to create opportunities for local and regional players by organizing kabaddi leagues and large-scale tournaments across India, as per the statement. In addition to covering the most recent news and updates in the sports industry worldwide, Sportzcraazy also offers support to sports content creators in monetizing and optimizing their digital assets.
