Rajasthan’s Sonu Gupta is redefining rural entrepreneurship with his initiative, Coders Brain, a mission-driven enterprise that has grown into a ₹100 crore company while creating employment opportunities in villages.
Hailing from Hindaun City, a small town in Rajasthan, Gupta envisioned building a platform that could bridge the opportunity gap for people in rural areas. Today, Coders Brain employs more than 150 individuals, with a majority of them being women who earlier had limited or no access to mainstream careers.
What sets Coders Brain apart is its focus on harnessing local talent and transforming it into a reliable workforce. By offering training, mentorship, and consistent support, the company has enabled many rural women to achieve financial independence and self-reliance.
Through its operations, Coders Brain provides human resource solutions to some of the leading companies in India, delivering quality talent while addressing unemployment in rural regions.
Sharing his vision, Sonu Gupta said,
“Building Coders Brain was never just about running a company. It was about creating opportunities for people who are often overlooked. Empowering rural women and giving them the confidence to stand on their own feet has been the most rewarding part of this journey.”
Gupta’s journey highlights that talent is not bound by geography. With the right platform and encouragement, individuals from even the most remote corners of the country can rise to achieve extraordinary success. Coders Brain is not only changing lives but also shaping the future of rural India.
