Reelo, a promising customer loyalty and marketing startup, has announced a significant boost in funding, securing a $1 million investment from renowned Silicon Valley angel investor Gokul Rajaram. This new capital injection is set to propel the company’s expansion plans and enhance its technological prowess in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Founded in 2017 by brothers Prit and Parin Sanghvi, Reelo has made a notable mark in the retail sector by offering a simple yet effective solution for enhancing customer awareness around retail products. The platform is known for its affordability and ease of integration with various point-of-sale (PoS) billing software systems including Petpooja, DotPe, and TMBill.

The investment will enable Reelo to accelerate its hiring efforts, expand its presence in existing markets, and venture into new global territories. This strategic funding underscores the investor’s confidence in Reelo’s potential and its impact on the retail and customer loyalty sectors.

Reelo’s journey began in Ahmedabad and has since expanded to 24 cities, serving a wide range of industries with its B2B2C SaaS platform. The company boasts a strong portfolio of clients including notable brands like Jawed Habib, Bikanerwala, Gwalia Sweets, Ferns N Petals, and La Pinos, among others.
